As detailed in our Homeowner Info section of this website, Property Solutions of Las Vegas provides a unique approach to solving problems that many homeowners face in selling their homes.  In fact, in order to take advantage of the rich experiences of someone who has operated a Home Caretaker business, we have a partnered with Caretakers of America, Inc in Denver, Colorado to mentor us so we can be sure to meet the expectations of both our Homeowners and Caretakers.  We welcome you to our site and please, feel free to contact us with any questions or comments!

The founders of Property Solutions, Jim Pettingill and Brendan Kester, are both experienced business professionals with entrepreneurial spirits.
Brendan is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Construction Management and a Business Management minor. As part of his degree curriculum, he completed the national course work required to become a licensed real estate professional. While a student, Brendan worked for over four years in real estate management with some of the largest property owners in Provo, Utah. He also worked in various management positions within the new home construction industry in Las Vegas, NV from 2004 to 2007.
Jim graduated from Utah Valley University with a BS degree in Aviation Science. He is a licensed pilot with certifications in many types of jet airplanes and currently flies corporate jets around the world. He has gained the trust and respect of many well known business owners and celebrities and is comfortable working with people at all levels. At present, Jim is working on his MBA and is studying to become a licensed real estate professional within the state of Nevada. He is a previous small business owner.
